bread : A return to the old ways of wild yeast and natural fermentation, our sourdough bread has only 4 ingredients, flour, water, salt and time.

pastries : Butter, cream, sugar, SOMETIMES CHOCOLATE. What more do you need.

Coffee : BATCH BREW / ESPRESSO MACHINE : We like drinking great coffee and want to share some FROM the best roasters WE CAN FIND. our decision to serve filter coffee lets a wider range of nuanced flavours shine. it’s one of the most effective ways of capturing the full flavour profile of a coffee, with a suitability to beans with delicate fruit, floral OR chocolate flavours. IT’LL ALWAYS TASTE GREAT WITH OR WITHOUT MILK.

In order to serve a sustainable cup of coffee, we only use SupplIers that work responsibly wIth farmers, who get their fair share.


SINCE THE PANDEMIC, WE’VE GROWN INTO OUR SPACE AND CAN ONLY OFFER OUTSIDE SEATING, NO RESERVATIONS, TAKE OUT ONLY.

ACCESSABILITY: THE LARGE CAR PARK IS A LITTLE SLANTED IN CERTAIN AREAS (GOOGLE MAPS SHOULD HAVE IMAGES IN ROAD VIEW), THE DEPOT ITSELF IS PAVED AND THE ENTRANCE TO THE BAKERY HAS A PVC DOOR FRAME LIP. INSIDE THE BAKERY IS CONCRETE FLOOR. THERE IS A BLACKBOARD (APPROX. 96cm HIGH) AGAINST THE PASTRY DISPLAY TABLE (APOLOGIES IN ADVANCE, THIS WAS OUR COVID SET UP AND WE HAVEN’T HAD TIME OR MONEY TO CHANGE IT YET, VERY AWARE THAT IT ISN’T ACCESSIBLE FOR EVERYONE). PLEASE ASK ANY MEMBER OF STAFF FOR ASSISTANCE WITH ANYTHING IN THE BAKERY.

THE WOODEN TABLES OUTSIDE ARE ROUND WITH INTEGRATED BENCHES, BUT THERE IS ONE END OF A RECTANGULAR BENCH THAT COULD ACCOMMODATE 1X WHEELCHAIR / CUSTOM SEAT, THE TABLE IS APPROX. 75CM HIGH
