Cancellation Policy

Our classes are small, live events with staff and ingredients arranged in advance. We ask for as much notice as possible if you can’t make it.

  • If you let us know 10 business days before a class, we’ll issue a full refund.

  • If you let us know at least 5 business days before a class, we’ll happily transfer you to a different date (up to two times).

  • If you cancel with less than 5 business days’ notice, we can’t offer a refund, but we’ll do our best to move you to another date if circumstances are reasonable.

  • No-shows on the day of class are non-refundable.

If you can’t make it, you’re welcome to send a substitute in your place. We just ask for their name, contact details, and any dietary requirements at least 24 hours in advance.
